1-Application
Application filed, Cost Estimate, Quality Manual and Operating Procedures for Documentation.
2-Documentation
Review
Within 10 working days after receiving the documentation, a written assessment will be provided by DLS.
3-Stage 1 Audit
A stage 1 will be performed to access the client's
readiness for the "Stage 2 Audit".
4-Stage 2 Audit
Stage 2 Audit is to evaluate the
implementation, including effectiveness of the client's management system.
5-Surveillance
Audits
Once Certified, Surveillance Audits are performed every 6 months for the 3 year certification.
6-Re-Certification
After the 3 year certification expires, a repeat Stage 2 certification process is required.
